If you provide us with a credit card number and reserve a unit through our website, you can pay over the phone.
Yes! We offer the following coupons:
- Our first 200 renters to sign up will receive 50% off storage rentals.
- If you are leasing more than 2 months, you can get 50% off your last month.
- For lease commitments of 6 months or longer, we offer 10% off.
No, we do not require long term contracts. You can pay month to month!
Long term contracts are available! We even offer 10% off for contracts 6 months or more!
We do not require a security deposit, only the first month’s rent!
No. We do offer renter’s insurance for as little as $7.95 a month for $1500 of coverage. Contact us for details.
If a renter falls more than 15 days behind on their rent, we will hold an auction.
You can fill out the lease agreement online and select the right size storage unit for your needs. We accept all forms of payment, either online or over the phone.
